1. What this page covers
This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for the apps and services published by Haivisoft Technologies Private Limited: KnowledgeBase, NGO Trust, Event360Pro, CloudHR360Pro, Hospital-Bridge365Pro, Feedback-Pulse360Pro, PAP-Compass360Pro, Deliver-Hub360Pro, AI Academy, and our Android, iOS and Windows apps. It is the web resource for account deletion referred to in our Privacy Policy.
2. Delete your account inside the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and the personal data linked to it are then deleted. You will be signed out on all your devices.
3. Request deletion from the web
If you cannot open the app, or you no longer have it installed, send us a request below. Use the same email or phone number that is registered on the account so that we can find it.
4. What is deleted and what we may keep
Deleted
Your profile, sign-in details, preferences, content and files you uploaded, learning progress, messages and other personal data linked to your account. We delete the account itself. We do not simply deactivate or freeze it.
Kept for a limited time, only where required

Data an organisation entered about you in its own workspace, for example your employer or institute, belongs to that organisation, and we may need to check with it first.
5. How long it takes
We confirm your request and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days. To delete only some of your data without closing your account, choose that option in the form and tell us what to remove.
